He comes back and again, no apology, no thank you for waiting. He doesn’t say a word to me, no “do you mind?” Or “excuse me “I sit there for 15-20 minutes going through my phone. Then a woman brings her daughter in because she didn’t like the color of the nail polish she chose. I sit down and he immediately digs his nail into my finger, I tell him he is hurting me, he stops but says no thing. He hurts me, digging his nails in and twists my fingers too hard! His work just doesn’t fit what I ask for. So, today I decide to give him a chance since he is the only one open and I’m tired from working all day. I have already requested to not have the male tech do my nails.
Today I go in for my appointment for a fill. I have been a loyal customer for over a year! I always tip $25-$40.
